Created at the beginning of 2003, BevTeks is an technical service company that specializes in the installation, maintenance, service, and repair of all major brands of wine dispensing systems. Our technicians are factory trained CET and CWT.

BevTeks has composed a trained team of highly skilled subcontracted technicians across the US that are able to provide on-call, local service for clients.

In addition to service, BevTeks is the first third-party company that provides an extended warranty and proactive maintenance program designed to prolong the lifespan and uphold the hygienic quality of all major brands of wine dispensing systems.


Our goal is to provide national and local technical service, support, installation, repair, and proactive warranty maintenance to improve your experience with wine dispensing systems.

For locations and areas where local service is currently unavailable, BevTeks will seek and train new subcontractors to fulfill any service demands needed by wine dispenser clientele.


BevTeks strives to provide immediate assistance for your wine dispensing equipment. Whether it is through phone technical support or having a local technician for a service call, we want your system(s) to perform at its best without delay. Our service and billing procedures make your repairs timely and stress-free.

Technical Phone Support

M-F: 9-5 P.M. (warranty coverage or nominal fee)

Emergence Phone Support

After hours, weekends, and holidays (warranty coverage or applicable fees)

Repair Service Call

If phone support doesn’t resolve your issues, a repair service can be scheduled with a local technician (warranty coverage or service call fees)

Emergency Service Call

To expedite your service call, emergency services can be scheduled with a technician (appropriate fees apply)

Replacement Parts & Warranty Items

Parts may be replaced at request during a service call or during a technical phone support (warranty coverage will be verified and parts shipped, replaced, and charged accordingly)

If you are in need of repair service, please contact us at 1-800-757-9041. Our agent will verify your warranty status based on the your installation certificate.

If your unit is out of warranty and you wish to obtain service, the Customer Service Agent will require that you provide the following information:

  • Contact information
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)


An active credit card on file is required to charge service fees for any service(s). Once your service has been confirmed, a technician will contact you to schedule your service.

To schedule local service, an estimate of service will be provided. The estimate must be signed and returned to BevTeks. Upon completion of service, BevTeks will provide an updated work order and make any appropriate changes to your invoice prior to billing.

A copy of your service form will need to be retained for any questions or service review.
