Policies

 

Bevteks stives to provide immediate assistance for your beverage equiptment. Whether it is through phone technical support or having a local technician for a service call, we want your system(s) performing optimally without delay. Our service and billing procedures make your repairs timely and stressfree.

Currently Bevteks provides the following services with corresponding policies:

  • Enomatic Installation - Scheduled after purchase of equiptment
  • Enomatic Training - Scheduled after installation or at request
  • Technical Phone Support - M-F 9-5PM (Warranty coverage or nominal fee)
  • Emergence Phone Support - Afterhours, weekends and holidays (warranty coverage or applicable fees)
  • Repair Service Call - If phone support doesn't resolve your issues, a repair service can be scheduled with a local technician (warranty coverage or service call fees)
  • Emergency Service Call - To expidted your service call, Emergency services can be schdueld with a technician (appropriate fees applied)
  • Replacement parts & warranty items - Parts may be replaced during a service call or replaced at the request of a technician during a technical phone support (warranty coverage will be verified and parts shipped, replaced and charged accordingly).

If are in need of repair service please contact a Bevteks at 949) 297-4783 . Our agent will verify your warranty status based on the your installation certificate. When it is confirmed that your unit is out of warranty and if you wish to obtain service, the Customer Service Agent will require that you provide the following information:

  • Contact information
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)

Payment Policies

Bevteks requires an active credit card on file to charge service fees of any ser vice(s). Once your service has been confirmed, a technician will contact you to schedule your service.

To schedule local service, an estimate of service will be provided and must be signed and returned to Bevteks. Upon completetion of Service, Bevteks will provide an updated work order and make any appropraite changes to your your invoice prior to billing. Billing will be automatic.
